This little gem is our Gris Blanc produced by Anton Van Klopper in the Australian Adelaide Hills. Anton is a super eccentric winemaker.
All of the fruit on his 16 hectares of vineyards is picked and de-stemmed by hand and very much left untouched. This is a totally unadulterated and natural wine fermented in both ceramic & wooden barrels to give an oily, crunchy texture.
Only 325 cases were made and trust us... you will never look at wine the same after trying it.
