“After studying at Birmingham College of Food & becoming student of the year, I headed to Marseille to further my experience. Upon my return to Birmingham I went & took up stages at Simpsons & Purnells before a permanent position at Bank. I am now in my element cooking at Carters, at one with the ingredients & progressing as a sous chef under Brad, we are a great team & its a pleasure to be a main part of Carters Sucesses"
